From the North via Interstate 57

Take I-57 south to exit 235a, University Avenue/Interstate 72
Go east on University to First Street
Turn right on First Street to Peabody Drive
Turn left on Peabody Drive and go east to the Natural Resources Building

From the South via Interstate 57

Take I-57 north to exit 235b, University Avenue/Interstate 72
Go east on University to First Street
Turn right on First Street and go south to Peabody Drive
Turn left on Peabody Drive and go east to the Natural Resources Building

From the East via Interstate 74

Take I-74 west to exit 183
Take Lincoln Avenue south to Pennsylvania Avenue
Turn right on Pennsylvania Avenue and take Pennsylvania west to Sixth Street
Turn right on Sixth Street and go north one block to Peabody Drive
Turn right on Peabody Drive and go east to the Natural Resources Building

From the West via Interstate 74

Take I-74 east to exit 183
