Tundra fire in mudboil-ornamented terrain

Location: Kaminak Lake Area
image unknown

Photo from ~300m altitude of burning and recently burned mudboil-ornamented terrain. Note fresh ash in mudboil perimeters, which was removed by surface drainage by 1975 to reveal boulder rings normally obscured by tundra vegetation, which has burned away. See images 0099 and 0106 for before and after comparison. See detailed discussion for image 0240.
