This is a 1988 aerial view of mudboils on a drumlinized till plain, from an altitude of about 1000 meters, between 61 and 63 degrees north latitude, west of Hudson Bay in the former District of Keewatin, now the southwestern region of Nunavut, Canada. This is a typical scene in areas underlain by diamicton or fine-grained marine deposits in this region of tundra vegetation.
