This photograph shows the inner-facing scarplets of high-angle reverse faults related to the collapse of a palsa-like feature. This is a ground view of the degrading palsa-like feature shown in image 0049 and was taken inland from the Maguse River Delta. The view is facing outward from the center of the feature. The scarplets are 15 to 20 cm high.
